1. Nature of JamiiFund
- JamiiFund is a technology platform, not an NGO or bank
- JamiiFund does not own or control funds raised
- Responsibility for funds rests with the fundraiser
2. User Accounts
You must:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Be at least 18 years old
3. Fundraiser Responsibilities
- Use funds only for stated purpose
- Provide honest campaign descriptions
- Upload proof of fund usage
- Comply with Tanzanian laws
4. Fees & Withdrawals
Fees & Charges:
- 1% platform sustainability fee
- Payment processing fees (as applicable)
Withdrawals:
- Subject to verification
- May be delayed if fraud is suspected
5. Prohibited Activities
- Post false or misleading campaigns
- Use platform for illegal activities
- Launder money
- Impersonate others
6. Limitation of Liability
JamiiFund is NOT liable for:
- Misuse of funds by fundraisers
- Campaign failure
- Payment provider downtime
- Losses from user actions
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
